Circumference of a circle = 2πr

From the question,

2πr = 44

Or, r = 22/π

Now, area of circle = πr^2 = π × (22/π)^2

So, area of circle = (22×22)/π = 154 cm^2

2πr = 44

r = 22/π

Area = πr^2 = π × 22/π × 22/π

= 22×22/π

= 22×7 = 154 cm^2
