Q. What is the area of a circle with a radius of 40cm?

Solution :

Area of the circle = πr²

= 3.14 × (40)²

= 3.14 × 1600

= 5024

Hence, area of the circle = 5024 cm square.

radius =40/2=20
area of circle = πr^2
22/7×(20)^2
=22/7×400
=1257.14
