Given:

☛ radius of circle, r = 6 cm

☛ angle b/w the two radii, θ = 60°

To Find:

☛ Area of sector

Solution:

We know,

➜ Area of Sector = πr² θ/360

☛ π × 6 × 6 × 60/360

☛ π × 36 × 1/6

☛ π × 6

☛ 6π cm²

Area of Sector = 6π cm²

Answer:

18.84 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that,

area of sector= ∅/360 × πr²

∴area of sector of radius 6cm and angle 60° = 60/360 × 3.14 × 6²

                                                                           =18.84 cm²
