Given radius of circle is r=3.5 cm

as we know that

Perimeter of circle with radius r is 2πr and area of circle is πr2

So perimeter of circle is 2π(3.5)=722×7=22 cm

Area of circle  is π(3.5)2=7×422×7×7=38.5 cm2
