Solution:-

Given:-

Base = 3 feet.

Height = 6 feet.

To Find:-

Area of Triangle = ?

Find:-

We know that,

Area of Triangle = 1/2 × Base × Height

=) Area = 1/2 × ( 3 × 6 )

=) Area = 3 × 3

=) Area = 9 feet²

Hence,

Area of Triangle is 9 feet².

Formulas!

  • Area of Triangle = 1/2( Base × Height)

For Scaler Triangle:-

  • Semi-perimeter (s) = ( a + b + c)/2
  • Area = √ [ s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) ]

For Equilateral Triangle:-

  • Area = a²√3/4
  • Height = a√3/2
