find the distance between all three points ,at first let A=(3,2),B=(8,4) and C=(5,10).

Now, distance between AB=√29

CB=√45

AC=√68

NOW use semi perimeter(s) formula,

[√29+√45+√68]/2.and use formula to calculate area that is √s(s-AB)(s-BC)(s-AC) and you will have answer
