Answer :

  • Area of parallelogram = 112cm²

Given :

  • Base of parallelogram = 14cm
  • Height of parallelogram = 8cm

To find :

  • Area of parallelogram

Solution :

To find the Area of parallelogram we have to use the formula of area of parallelogram then we get answer of area of parallelogram

  • Area of parallelogram = b × h

Where, b is base and h is height

⟶ Area of parallelogram = base × height

⟶ Area of parallelogram = 14 × 8

Area of parallelogram = 112 cm²

Hence , Area of parallelogram = 112cm².

More Explanation :

  • Parallelogram has 4 sides
  • Parallelogram has 4 vertices
  • Perimeter of parallelogram = 2 × sum of adjacent sides length
  • Area of parallelogram = base × height
  • Quadrilateral is the type of polygon (Parallelogram)
  • Parallelogram is a 2D shape
  • Opposite sides are parallel
  • Opposite angles are congruent
  • Consecutive angles are supplementary
  • There are a three types of parallelogram: rhombus, rectangle and square
