A rhombus is also a parallelogram with all four sides being equivalent, but the diagonals are not.  

We cannot find the area of rhombus with just one of its side alone. Along with length of a side, we must also either know the measurement of a diagonal, or angle, or the elevation of the rhombus. This is because, there are infinite possibilities of framing a rhombus with a certain side.
