Here we see a rectangle and two triangle . 66th

There are two equal triangle.

by Pythagoras theorem,

H^2 = B^2 + P^2

H^2 = (6)^2 + (4)^2

H^2 = 36 + 16

H^2 = 52 cm

H = √52

H = 2√14 cm

  • :• area of triangle = 1/2 × base × height = 1/2 × 6 × 4 = 12 sq. cm
  • There are two equal triangle therefore,. 2x12cm. =24cm sq. cm

Area of rectangle = l x b

area of rectangle = 12 x 2√14

area of rectangle = 89.799 sq. cm

area of figure = area of rectangle + area of two triangle

area of figure = 89.799 + 24 = 113.799 sq. cm

:I hope it's help you :
