4/x - 3 = 5/(2x + 3)

(4 - 3x)/x = 5/(2x + 3)

(4 - 3x)(2x + 3) = 5x

8x + 12 - 6x^2 - 9x = 5x

12 - x - 6x^2 = 5x

12 - x - 6x^2 - 5x = 0

12 -6x - 6x^2 = 0

6x^2 + 6x - 12 = 0

(6x + 12)(x - 1) = 0

6x + 12 = 0 , x - 1 =0

x = -2 , x = 1.

4/x-3=5/2x+3

=4(2x+3)=5(x-3)

=8x+12=5x_15

=8x-5x=-15-12

=3x=-27

=x=-27/3

=x=-9

(4/x) - 3 = 5/(2x+3)

Implies (4–3x)/x = 5/(2x+3).

By cross multiplying we get

5x = (4–3x)(2x+3). ie.

5x = -6x^2 - x + 12. ie.

6x^2 + 6x - 12 = 0. ie.

x^2 + x - 2 = 0. ie

(x+2)(x-1) = 0. ie.

x = -2 or x = 1.
