Answer:

Given Information:-

  • Sides of the Scalene triangle are 35 cm, 84 cm and 91 cm.
  • (Note: Scalene Triangle is a triangle having it's all the sides non equal)

To Find:-

  • Area of the Scalene triangle.

______________________...

Perimeter of the given triangle = (35+84+91) cm = 210 cm

According to the Heron's Fomula,

Area of a scalene triangle:

\boxed{\tt{\sqrt {s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}}}

Where,

  • s = half of the perimeter
  • a, b, c = it's three sides

Hence, it's semi perimeter will be = 210/2 cm = 105 cm.

Hence,

\tt{\sqrt {105(105-35)(105-84)(105-91)}}

(Formation of an Expression as per the formula)

\tt{= \sqrt {105 \times 70 \times 21 \times \times 14}}

(Subtrated the numbers the which are in the brackets)

\tt{= \sqrt {7350 \times 294}}

(Multiplication of the numbers inside root)

\tt{=  \sqrt{2160900}}

(Multiplication in this step too)

\tt{=1470 \ {cm}^{2}}

REQUIRED ANSWER:-

Therefore, area of the triangle is \tt{1470 \ {cm}^{2}}.
