if we draw a line segment with the middle it would be the height....

let ABC is the triangle &AD is the height...

AB =60,BC=50,AC=60

let triangle ABD

then,

by Pythagoras property,

AB^2=AD^2+BD^2

60^2=AD^2+25^2

3600=AD^2+625

3600-625=AD^2

2975=AD^2

do in this way......
