Atomicity is the number of atoms in a molecule of an Element.

a) NaCl < Sodium Chloride > ( Na, Cl )

Number of Atoms in Na( Sodium ) = 1

Number of Atoms in Cl( Chlorine ) = 1

So, atomicity of NaCl is 1+1 = 2

b) Na2CO3 < Sodium Carbonate > ( Na, C, O )

Number of Atoms in Na( Sodium ) = 2

Number of Atoms in C( Carbon ) = 1

Number of Atoms in O( Oxygen ) = 3

So, atomicity of Na2CO3 is 2 + 1 + 3 = 6

c) Al2O3 < Aluminium Oxide > ( Al, O )

Number of Atoms in Al( Aluminium ) = 2

Number of Atoms in O( Oxygen ) = 3

So, atomicity of Al2O3 is 2 + 3 = 5

Hope Helps You ✌️
