Antonio is quite tensed and sad after listening about the danger in his ships because if the ships are harmed in any way then all his money spent on his ships would be deep in water and it would be a hard nut to crack if he does not replays Shylocks money.

Answer :
In the play 'The Tempest' by William Shakespeare, Antonio is very tensed, scared and frightened when he learns about the danger to the ship. This is because he has made a huge investment in the ship and if it gets damaged or sinks he would have to suffer a great loss.
He rudely and arrogantly orders the boatswain and disturbs him in his task of rescuing the ship. He is extremely irritated because of his helplessness.
