Attitude of chief Seattle towards president of America is polite and respectful. In his speech he tries to point out the grief of his people along with him are facing in moving out of the their mother land. His attitude towards earth can be solely described by his attitude towards his own land . He cherishes on the land which he had lived and is about to leave, he cherishes his ancestors and it's soil in which they are burried and so by this we can say that his love for his own land makes him open to love the earth . Hence he doesn't takes it's soil and environment for granted but rather cherishes it along with his people .
