radius of crank of extrusion press , R = 20cm = 0.2 m
angular velocity, = 30rpm
= 30 × 2π/60 = π rad/ sec
[ note : rpm means revolution per minute, 1rpm = 2π/60 rad/s ]
now, average speed = angular velocity × radius of crank
= π × 0.2
= 0.2 × 3.14 = 0.628 m/s
hence, average speed in metre/second = 0.628 m/s
angular velocity, = 30rpm
= 30 × 2π/60 = π rad/ sec
[ note : rpm means revolution per minute, 1rpm = 2π/60 rad/s ]
now, average speed = angular velocity × radius of crank
= π × 0.2
= 0.2 × 3.14 = 0.628 m/s
hence, average speed in metre/second = 0.628 m/s

Thanks for the question!
It is definitely a very interesting question to solve and do some brainstorming.
**************************************************
Given, radius (R) of crank of extrusion press , R = 20cm = 0.2 m
angular velocity = 30rpm
= 30 × 2π/60 = π rad/ sec
As we know, rpm is revolution per minute,
1rpm = 2π/60 rad/s
Also, Average speed = angular velocity × radius of crank
= π × 0.2
= 0.2 × 3.14 = 0.628 m/s

Hope it helps and solves your query!!
