mRNA

= > It is the RNA which is a straight chain molecule.

= > The nitrogenous bases (in the form of codons) code for the amino acids and decides the sequence of amino acids in a polypeptide.



tRNA

= > This molecule becomes looped and assumes a clover leaf like structure.

= > This molecule has at one end a sequence of three bases, that is complementary to the codon for the particular amino acid it carries and transports, it functions as an adapter.
