single cell organism doesn't have special organ system for all metabolic activities but multi cell organisms do.

there is one major difference
in single celled organisms one cell performs different functions like digestion, respiration, excretion, etc . ex . amoeba
in multicellular organisms the cells are grouped into tissues, moreover tissue into organs and then organ system. division of labour is well seen . different systems perform different functions. ex . humans
