1) To produce an immune response, live attenuated vaccines must replicate in vaccinated person.
2) A relatively small dose of bacteria is administrator, which replicates in the body and creates enough of the organisms to stimulate and immune response.

Hi dear!!

vaccination is based on principle that our body always has a memory of first encounter to a pathogen.

in vaccination weak or killed form of pathogen are  introduced in the body and the immune system easily fights it . later on when there is real infection the immune system has memory of previous encounter so the pathogen are over killed by antibodies produced by immune system.
