hey mate I m answering you my answer with my explanation.
The structure is called a "lipid bilayer" because it is composed of two layers of fat cells organized in two sheets. The lipid bilayer is typically about five nanometers thick and surrounds all cells providing the cell membrane structure.
Hope it may helps u

The phospholipid layer of cell membrane has 2 layers hence its called phospholipid bilayer. It has a hydrophilic head and 2 hydrophobic phosphate and glyrerols are present in hydrophobic head and tails contain saturated & unsaturated fatty cholesterol is found alongside carbohydrate groups are present in the outer surface of plasma membrane and forms glycoprotein (when attached with protein) or glycolipids ( when attached with lipids).
But percentages of these components are different in different types of cells. For human cell protein content is 50%.
