What is the basicity of H3CO4 & why?

The basicity of H3PO4 is 3.As we dissolved it in a basic solution then it neutralizes 3 OH groups of base by losing 3 hydrogen atoms attached with phosphoric group . Therefore it'sbasicity is 3.
