gram positive and Gram Negative bacteria can be divided by means of the staining property well the bacteria is stained with the violet colour the Gram Negative bacteria doesn't written that colour find the Gram Positive Bacteria return this colour this is because the Gram Positive Bacteria have polysaccharide in its outer layer who has in Gram Negative bacteria the polysaccharide wall is very thin and there is more amount of polypeptides and lipoproteins is present thank you this is a difference and the Gram Negative bacteria more toxin and produces and endotoxin is compared to your gram positive thank you very much
