The constituencies are divided such that each constituencies has equal population .so the basis of division is population

Hey There Buddy, The Basis On Which Our Country Is Divided into Different Constituencies Is That, Our Country Is A Very Large One, 7th Largest To Be Exact. So Due To Our Country Being Large And Having Large Populations It Is Difficult To Vote And Govern In Large Units So It's Divided On This Basis So That People Can Put Their Votes In On A Comfortable Manner. It Would Be Very Difficult To Put In Votes For Such A Large Country. Hope My Answer Helped You
