Answer:

The principle of immunization is the ability of memory cells of immune system to remember the certain antigen .

When the antigens are injected for the first time through immunization the production of antibodies is slow . During this memory cells are also produced which remember the antigens and on certain encounters afterwards elated response is produced and production of antibodies is faster than before .

Thanks!

The basic principle of immunization is that on administration of vaccine, the body starts developing antibodies against it such that person is protected form disease. Body remembers the infectious agents and memory cells are formed which can immediately produce antibodies on further exposure to the infectious agents.✔️✔️
