DISADVANTAGES - corruption is to the large extent in this scheme.

Benefits : It helps in reducing caste discrimination because children belonging to different castes and backgrounds eat together . It also helps in increasing the attendance of schools because most children don’t get a proper meal at home and when they’re offered that in school for free . They would come regularly




Disadvantages : some people might misuse this policy to sell their low quality products to schools and as a result children can be sick after eating the meals
