Area of a circle = \pi r^2, where r= radius of the circle.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Given, diameter of the circle is 19m
\text{Radius}= \frac{\text{Diameter}}{2}= \frac{19}{2}=9.5m

Plug in r=9.5m and \pi =3.14 in the formula:
Area of the circle =  \pi r^2=3.14(9.5)^2=3.14(90.25)=283.385=283.4m^2

Answer: 3rd option 283.4m^2

As given diameter d=19m and area of the circle=pi×r2
Pi=3.14
r=d/2=19/2=9.5m
Area of circle=pi×r2=3.14×(9.5m)2=283.4m2
So third option is correct.
