I would probably not try to give you any depressing suggestions because it may just make you more depressed but as per the requirement of the question’s answer:-
The best kind of English music to hear while one’s depressed are: Sad, Jazz, Slow claps.
While If one is trying to get out of depression then they should listen to hip-hop songs, Pop beats etc...
