The best thing about the book Merchant of Venice is that we can find different themes in the play:-
The theme of friendship and loyality
The theme of Love
The theme of Justice and Mercy
The theme of Retribution
The theme of Appearance and Reality
Then after all the various plots...such as Romantic, Comedian and Yeah the Tragic one also....
Well the part which I didn't liked in the play was the very first ACT-I Scene-I as it was a quite boring....Antonio was sad but for for what reason he himself was unknown to it! and his friends were giving him the same reason for his sadness that was his business....... I founded it a little absurd....And the rest of the act is really very interesting...
