Sleep till 8.30
Start studying by 9.30 sharp (Study a subject you hate... till 1 hour with a break of 5 minutes halfway)
Study again at 4.00 (a subject which you neither like or dislike or any language for half an hour without break)

Then take a rest of 10 minutes

Study for another half hour (language preferably which you haven’t taken in the above time)

Then at 8.30 [after dinner] study Mathematics or Science ( either of the one for 2 hours with a 5 minute break after each hour)


Believe me you will get straight A’s... at least it worked for me in 7th standard.
