There is no trick for it but just a small thing be cool always be confident and also when you speak and you forgot a line than continue with the line which you remember otherwise the person will come to know that you don't know anything as also it will be recorded. Just make sure that you remain cool and learn your speech well.

be cool friend .you make sure that you start with your speech in the format .the introduction followed by content with an example and a very good conclusion.it is very important to be relaxed and answer their questions .if you are shy type you can do self motivation .the relaxed ind and self motivation lads you a half way .it is very important without any grammar errors this is a also reason  where people lose marks .your speech must have a gap to be a good speecher
