To truly find inner peace, I highly suggest you get into a theta brainwave state. The more often you are in theta, the faster stress, worry, and disharmony seem to fall away. Theta sometimes requires assistance through sound. There are many audio’s and videos available, even on YouTube, that assist your brain in slowing down and getting into a theta brainwave state. It is a deep and profound place.
Another great form of meditation is any number of mantra meditations. TM being the most famous, and, quite possibly, the most effective.
