Biology is the branch of science that deals with the study of various living organisms (plants,animals and microorganisms) and their components ,like cells ,tissues etc.Bio means life and logy means study.Biology itself has many branches like cytology ,histology etc.
Exception:Biology also sometimes deals with the study of skin (dermatology) but skin is not living.However ,right under our skin,The body is active and living.
