Answer:ionic and covalent

Explanation:

We know that aluminium has +3 charge while oxygen has -2 charge according to rule if the oxidation state of element is not same they are interchanged so we can say that Al2O3 has ionic character.

This also show covalent nature because of its small Atomic radi.
