We know that democracy is a form of government which is by the people,for the people and of the people.The broader meaning of democracy means that everyone must be treated equally and no one should be discriminated on the basis of caste ,creed,religion or sex.Democracy insists that the power must be shared among different organs,levels,social groups as well as political parties ,etc.Power sharing is the very spirit of democracy.Infact all these are the broader meaning of democracy.
