Calpurnia had seen caesar's statue in her dream which like a fountain had almost 100 openings and pure blood ran out of them. Strong men came smiling and washed their hands in caesar's blood. She takes these sights as warnings and predictions of terrible evil falling on ceasar. Decius on hearing calpurnia's dream reinterpreted it saying that it was a fortunate vision. He told ceasar that the sight of romans washing hands in ceasar's blood meant that they would revitalize themselves. Romans will derive new inspiration from ceasar. The stains of his blood would be preserved for posterity as a memoir. They would consider it as a great pleasure. He told ceasar that calpurnia's dream was actually a tribute to his gallantory.
Hope it helps ;)
