you need to find HCF
That is 8
32 litre will be emptied in 4 time
24litre in 3 time
48litre in 6 times

it would be the LCM of 32,24,48.
32=2×2×2×2×2
24=2×2×2×3
48=2×2×2×2×3
so LCM=2×2×2×2×3×2×3×2 =576
32×18=576
24×24=576
48×12=576
So In single Handed approach..
The largest vessel whose volume is 576L can Empty 32L vessel 18 times. 24L vessel 24 times. and 48L vessel 12Times.
