Mrs al Smith was a big American actress. Money was of no consequences for her neither was it a hindrance to her buying the Villa. She was least interested in it's feature. She wanted to knockdown the Villa and build a bungalow in it's place to be near the French Hollywood where she was supposed to shoot the film. When the maid brought her inside the house, only gaston was there. When the maid left there was no introduction between gaston and Mrs alsmith. She was bin such a hurry that she took gaston as the owner of the house.she talked to gaston without a break, all she wanted was to finalise the deal.assuming gaston the owner of the house, she gave him a checque of 300 thousand francs demanded by him. Gaston had understood Mrs al Smith s mistaken Identity and cleverly remained quiet and made 100 thousand francs in the deal with her.
