What is the cause for seeing the spark or hearing the crackle when, we take off your synthetic clothes particularly in dry weather?

The sound you are probably referring to is the sound generated by the discharge of static electricity. It is the same sound that is caused by lightning, just on a much smaller scale. Lightning is also a static electrical discharge. It also doesn’t just happen with synthetics.

The same electrical discharge can happen in humid air, too. However, the fabric is more likely to pick up a charge in dry air, so it normally isn’t as common when the weather is wet.
