Cramps are caused when we do lot of over work or over exercise... The reason is due to overwork and over exercise our cells begin to lack oxygen for carrying out different processes and anaerobic respiration starts to occur in cell... When anaerobic respiration starts lactic acid is also formed.. This lactic acid is harmful and accumulation of lactic acid causes cramps... Hope this helps you and mark it as Brainliest..
