1st when we apply brakes on a fast moving car it get heat because the friction of tire and brakes makes rubber get a little warm as speed of tire is high
2nd when we jump up and down our blood need more oxygen and glucose that need to supply through blood so it fast the speed of blood and as it utilize is done it produce carbon dioxide that is warmer than oxygen that why heat is generated
