Living in unhygienic conditions and consumption of contaminated water and food

Causes of Jaundice:- Old red blood cells travel to your liver, where they are broken down. Bilirubin is the yellow pigment formed by the break down of the old cells. Jaundice occurs when your liver doesn't metabolize bilirubin the it's supposed to.
