What is the cause of oversleeping or getting sleepy all the time?

First of all, if you sleep for less than 9 hours, do not consider it as too much.
If you still think that you are sleeping too much, these might be the reasons :
-Your Lifestyle: Your habits, timing of your sleep,etc. Can influence you sleep time.
-Just a bad habit: You might have overslept for a few days, unintentionally resetting your sleep cycle.
-You probably don't like your life or something bad must have happened: Sometimes people(like me) go to sleep just to escape the reality they dislike.
-You might be addicted to sleep: Sleep makes us feel fresh and rejuvenated. It is possible that you are addicted to this good feeling that comes with sleep.
These purely based on my opinions and experiences ,I'll add any other possibilities I can recollect in future.

☆CAUSES OF OVERSLEEPING:

● It will lead to slow metabolism rate.
● Due to this , obesity occurs. More fat will be accumulated in the body.
● Muscles become weak.
● It causes Laziness, tiredness.
● It also causes lack of work.
( Try some meditation , yoga , spend time with nature, go for jogging) ------------> TIPS TO AVOID OVERSLEEPING..
