Hey dear
Here is ur answer
The major challenges to political parties are:
Lack of internal democracy within parties: The parties donot kep membership registers, hold organizational meetings, and internal elections regularly. Even sometimes the ordinary citizens of the party donot come to know about important decisions taken by the political party. Only one or few leaders exercise paramount power in the party and the party runs according to them.
Dynastic succession: Most of the time, one family rules the party. All top members of a party are from a single family. So, other people hardly get a chance to get into top leves in politics. The best e.g. is the current Congress party.!
Parties donot offer a meaningful choice to the voters: Political parties offer minimal choices to the voters for the voters to choose from.
Increased dependence on money and muscle power
This causes the party policies to be moulded by groups which supply these to the party.
Failure to provide a meaningful choice to the voters
This is because of the decline in fundamental, ideological differences among parties in most parts of the world.
