Follow the Procedure and You can chat through Microsoft Excel

Condition: That Your Computers are Connected in a network.

Step 1: Go to Review Option

Step 2: Select Share Workbook(Alt, R, W)

Step 3: Select the “Allow Changes by more than one user at the same time” Option

Step 4: Now you can open the same file on another Computer in Network, without opening the file in “Read Only" Option

Step 5: Now Anything Written in this Excel File can be viewed from another Computer, after saving the file on both the computers.

By this way you can chat even in office and nobody comes to know about it.

You can also use it for doing work on same excel file by more than one person.
