Nucleoplasm is composed of :

1. Nucleic Acids (like DNA and RNA)

2. Proteins (both acidic and basic, for example : nucleoproteins, nucleohistones, phosphoproteins etc.)

3. Enzymes (example : polymerases, NAD synthetases, guanase, aldolase, ATP, acetyl CoA, etc.)

4. Lipids (in a small amount)

5. Minerals (like Na, P, K, Ca, Mg etc.)

Hope this was helpful :)
