what is the chemical formula of milk

The milk doesn't has a formula because it's composition is:

1- Water
2- Total solids
3- Fat
4-Proteins
5-Lactose
6-Minerals
7-Vitamines
8-Enzimes

Each of the above components has it's own formula, some is simple like the water (H2O) and the other is very complicated like the proteins and fats. For example fats formulae ranges between C4: [CH3(CH2)2COOH
C4] and C 18.3 [CH3.CH2(CH=CH.CH2)3(CH2)6COOH]

The protein, enzimes and vitamines formaulae are even more complicated.
