pepsi contains carbonic ac8d H2CO3 and water and many other natural colured artificial mayters however pepsi is a mixture ,thus it doesnot have any definite formula however it contains very week carbonic acid ,which can react with other bases to form carbonate saltH2CO3+2NaHCO3= Na 2CO3+ 2CO2+ 2H20 Carbonic acid reacts with baking soda which contains aminly sodium Bi- Carbonate,to form sodium carbonate along with carbondiodioxideand water ).......
