Sunlight  doesnt have an actual chemical equation, but to summarize it: energy is used to excite an electron and force it to jump to a higher orbital, as the electron relaxes back to its original orbital it emits this excess energy in the form of a photon which is visible light. there really is no chemical reaction taking place, it's mostly physics.
