Main features of tropical monsoon type of climate are :-
A) In tropical monsoon type of climate there are two seasons with low rainfall.
In India summers and winters are very dry with very little rainfall.
But in the northern part of the country it receives little bit of rainfall during summers also where as in southern part of the country in Tamil Nadu and its neighboring states it gets little rainfall during winter season and both this things occurs due to cyclonic depression.
B) Rainfall in tropical monsoon climate is very seasonal and its often uneven and irregular it varies from time to time and its not at all same throughout the year.
