There is No Chief Minister in Jammu and Kashmir..
Jammu And Kashmir have the Governor so Governor is the Head of Jammu and Kashmir Nowadays ..
Because there is no party in majority in Jammu and Kashmir And the coalition Government that are made by BJP and PDP are break because of Some issues ........
